This process allows us to maintain a more thoughtful and intentional approach to production, while ensuring each piece meets our quality standards.

Production Time
Made to order items require an additional 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Each piece is carefully assembled by hand, which makes every item unique.

Shipping Time
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped according to our standard delivery times (typically 1–3 days).

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow approximately 1 week longer than our regular shipping timeframe to receive your made to order item.

Behind Jaona is its founder, a French/Australian woman who arrived in Bali driven by a deep love for fashion and creativity.

With a vision to build something of her own, she started Jaona from scratch, blending a French sense of style and elegance with the raw beauty and authenticity of Bali. Her journey is one of independence, bold choices, and turning dreams into reality.
