We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Made to Order Items
Please note that made to order items are final sale.

As these pieces are specially handcrafted upon request, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method after reception of the returned production and inspection.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

Late or Missing Refunds
